We offer a comprehensive 30-day replacement and refund guarantee from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a replacement or refund.
2. The Replacement Guarantee
Our priority is ensuring you have a working, genuine digital license. While rare, official activation servers may occasionally experience synchronization delays or regional transmission errors. Our policy prioritizes a fast, free replacement if you encounter any initial setup issues. You are entitled to an immediate replacement if your product key returns standard online errors such as:
- "Server unavailable or synchronization error"
- "Invalid product key format"
- "Unable to connect to activation servers"
- Any other standard Microsoft server rejection during the initial setup process.
3. Eligibility for a Full Refund
If a replacement does not resolve the issue, or if your situation meets the criteria below, you are eligible for a full refund:
- Unresolved Defective Key: We provided a replacement key, but the issue persists, and our technical support team cannot resolve the online activation error.
- Unactivated Product (Wrong Purchase): You purchased the wrong product (e.g., Windows 10 instead of Windows 11) AND the product key has not been activated on any device. We verify activation status with the manufacturer prior to issuing the refund.
- Non-Delivery: You did not receive the product key via email within our maximum stated delivery window (6 hours) and no longer wish to proceed with the order.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:
- The product key has already been successfully activated online on a device.
- Your computer does not meet the minimum system requirements for the software you purchased.
- You changed your mind after the key was successfully delivered and activated.
- Issues arising from third-party software conflicts, malware, or operating system corruption on your personal device.
5. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

- Provide Proof: You must attach a full-screen screenshot showing the product key entered and the exact error code displayed by Microsoft.
- Resolution: Our team will reply (typically within 1 to 2 hours) with a working replacement key or technical guidance. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund will be issued immediately.
6. Processing Time & Payment Methods
Once your refund is approved, it will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. We do not issue store credit or refund to alternative accounts. Processing times vary by provider:
- PayPal: Refunds processed via PayPal are typically available in your PayPal account balance instantly or within 24 hours.
- Stripe (Credit / Debit Cards): Refunds processed to credit or debit cards generally take 3 to 5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing speed.
If the stated time has passed and you have not received your funds, please contact your bank or credit card company first, as posting times can vary. If the issue persists, contact us for the transaction ID.
