1. Are your software licenses genuine?

Yes. Activation Market (ACTIVATION MARKETING LTD) is an authorized Microsoft Partner. All our product keys are 100% genuine, official licenses intended for standard online activation.

2. Are these lifetime licenses or subscriptions?

Unless explicitly stated as a subscription (like Microsoft 365), all our Windows and Office keys are perpetual, lifetime licenses. You pay once and own the software forever.

3. Why are your prices lower than the official retail price?

We specialize in high-volume, 100% digital distribution. By completely eliminating the costs of physical retail packaging, CD-ROMs, and international shipping logistics, we pass those massive overhead savings directly to our customers.

Delivery Process

4. Will I receive a physical CD or USB drive?

No. We are a digital-only storefront. We do not ship physical items. You will receive a digital product key and official download instructions securely via email.

5. How long does digital delivery take?

Thanks to our automated system, standard delivery takes between 5 to 60 minutes after your payment is successfully verified. In rare cases involving security checks or inventory synchronization, it may take up to 6 hours.

6. What should I do if I haven't received my email?

First, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders, as emails containing digital codes are sometimes filtered. If you still cannot find it after 60 minutes, contact our support team at support@activationmarket.com with your Order ID, and we will resend it immediately.

Installation & Activation

7. How do I download and install the software?

Your delivery email will contain a direct, official download link from the manufacturer (e.g., Microsoft). You simply download the setup file, install the software, and enter your 25-character product key when prompted.

8. Can I reinstall the software if I format my PC?

Yes! As long as you are reinstalling the software on the exact same motherboard and hardware configuration, your digital license remains permanently bound to your device. You can format your drive and reactivate online as many times as needed.

9. Do you offer technical support if I get an error?

Absolutely. Our expert technical team is available 24/7. If you receive an error code during the online activation process, simply take a screenshot of the error and email it to us. We will guide you through the solution or issue a replacement key if necessary.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major Credit/Debit cards (processed securely via Stripe) and PayPal. All transactions are fully encrypted and secure.

11. What is your refund policy?

We offer a 30-day replacement and refund guarantee. If a product key is defective and cannot be activated online, we will provide a free replacement.
